Hey AC, thank you for taking the time to read and share and my short answer to your post, you're hypothesis is much like the Expanding Earth hypothesis we just discussed on the show this past Tuesday...much to talk about on the topic but not much time to discuss it in an urgency sense.

Over the last 4 days CERI is showing evidence that the CONUS is experiencing an almost constant LF Harmonic disturbance, what is causing it? No one as of yet has stepped forward to explain this anomaly and there are many unanswered questions as to how it relates to the sinkholes and the active fault and volcanic systems under our feet.

Hello gentlemen. I am very much enjoying this thread (as much as one can, considering the subject matter).

I have a theory that I'd like to bounce off of some like-minded individuals regarding this topic. I don't think it would be too much to assume that at least some of you consider our planet a living organism itself, or herself. Many in this community have come to accept the Gaian model.

Tying this in with my studies in the bio-medical field, I believe that our Mother Earth is undergoing some sort of positive feedback mechanism not too dissimilar to childbirth. In childbirth, when the fetus' head begins to press against the cervix, the hormone oxytocin is released into the bloodstream which causes the uterus to contract, further pressing the fetus' head into and through the cervix.

This process continues and increases in intensity until the infant exits the birth canal.

The positive feedback loop also known as a vicious cycle or a runaway train. They are used in nature to accelerate and facilitate change. (Contrary to negative feedback loops which are used to mitigate change or encourage homeostasis).

So the methane in the atmosphere raises global temperatures and causes more methane to be released from its frozen prisons causing an acceleration in the rise of global temperatures.

Whew, that was a really long-winded way to lead into my simple question. I just wanted to make sure everyone was on the same level and I always have a habit of speaking in metaphors and analogies....Continuing with my child-birthing analogy, in your opinion(s), what was the catalyst to start this cycle (pressure on the cervix)? And what is the end state (It's a boy!)?

Or is there an outside force working on Gaia's body, such as an infection? Maybe humanity?

Actually if you seriously believe in climate change you'll stop with the fringe alarmist shit like this because all it does is prove retarded people who parrot other peoples ideas and deny climate change right when it gets into spooky UFO level conspiracies from secret sources.

The truth is we are in fact past the point of no return, we are looking at serious effects to artic ice in ten years, grow zones are changing and the jet stream is moving north every year changing weather patterns.

With those changes the permafrost is going to be exposed and melt, letting loose all the methane/carbon from millions of years of decaying plant matter that has been sealed under feet of ice.

You are looking at 40% of the worlds population seriously being displaced by 2050 because they live on coastlines and we are exceeding all sea rise expectations because climate change is accelerating.

With the tropical belt expanding and humanity doing nothing to even slow the production of greenhouse gases we are not stopping this, it will destroy our crops, we won't have access to as much arable land and parts of the planet will be outright unlivable.

There is plenty of real evidence from scientists, the NOAA, NASA, independent sources and thousands of scientists and sources of information dating back a hundred years out there if you look for it, so don't hurt the message and encourage anyone stupid and shortsighted enough to outright deny climate change.

It is Mother Earth's response after enduring decades of sheer abuse and disrespect from "mankind" (a true oxymoron).

Human beings, comprising the most ignorant and greedy species in the universe, continue to subject this great planet to whatever treatment they choose, without thought or care, and they are fools to have ever believed she would not eventually fight back.

Same for Southern BC. Too Warm No Snow. I should have a foot. Silver Star Mountain is just over the mountain from me. They have a tiny bit of runs going and can't make snow cause its too warm. Rain is all its been doing for a month. Grass is still green. Hiorses out on pasture still.

Two questions (finding answers to them will educate you): How many years ago did NASA announce they'd learned solar output was not a constant? How many watts per sq meter did they say an average solar flare added to our upper atmosphere? Bonus questions: Does the chart of sunspot activity since the 1800s ahow a pronounced increase in the past 40 years? Last one: How many sq meters are there in the upper atmosphere? Super bonus: Can you calculate that number times the X/sq meter from question two?

When you do that my friend, compare that total heat yield to all of your man-made sources for the last 2000 years, and then tell us which number is bigger.
