After spending 45 minutes installing a new cable box he lashed out at me because none of the HD channels were coming in. I explained that HD service costs more and that he only paid for basic ... Needless to say he threw me out of his apartment and said some shit about "it's because I'm a brother ... Fuckin honkey.

I wanted to say something back or possibly cut the cable but I didn't want to get fired. Pisses me off when an easy install job turns into a headache. Any service techs on here ? I'm sure you can relate.
