Fuck those parents.

Exploitative, greedy, and malicious. All they saw were dollar signs when their daughter was bit. Not one ounce of sympathy, compassion, or basic understanding as to why that happened in the first place, both as the animal and their daughters obvious misunderstand and confusion over the whole incident.

Here was a chance to grow their daughters understanding and trust and they fucked her.

They've probably already contacted a lawyer and their real estate agent.

Dolphins are too trusting and humans are too stupid to have multiple unsupervised contact like that. The dolphin did not act maliciously, it probably can't see for shit out of water and just saw the blob of white tray that he'd been eating out of all afternoon.

Cetaceans are incredible, intelligent creatures and deserve much stricter supervision of their visitors than this episode illustrates.

The whole aim of this video is for animal rights fundies to ban keeping dolphins in captivity.
As you see she was not badly injured, and if she had have been pulled into the water she could have easily been saved.

The dolphins at SeaWorld may be contained and cute looking but they are still wild animals.

A few bruises and some scrapes...she's lucky it didn't go for the kill...

Parents obviously trying to extort SeaWorld. I was bitten by a dolphin at SeaWorld when I was 7 (Coffs Harbour, Australia). I put my hand into the pool to test the water temp as I was walking by. A dolphin came up and bit my hand . I had tiny little teeth marks on both sides of my palm which also drew blood. The poor thing was more alarmed than I was when it realised it had bitten a human. As I got older I thought it was kind of cool, like my totem/amulet mark (like clan of the cave bear).

Just watched this now...the CNN version was milking that shit for all it was worth, "as the little girl's visit turned to TERROR".

Give me a fucking break, its like getting mad at an alligator who rips off some guys arm while he tries to stick it in his mouth. Even worse was the phone call afterwards where the father said "we believe this exhibit is dangerou$".

What assholes, maybe the whole family should go feed the crocodiles from inside the pit and then come back on how "dangerous" those pesky dolphins are. Bet they wouldn't last 10 seconds trying to feed goats at the county fair either.
