First they film their child 3 inches from a dolphin. Then they allow that child to hold and wave around food for the animal. And while they are filming the incident they lie to the child in shock and tell the child while they film that they won't show anybody the film. Then they put it on YouTube for the world to see and prob contact Yahoo and different sites to promote their video as "news". Then they monetize the video thru Adsense thru YouTube.
If they create a lawsuit I am sure the defense should bring up at least some of the few factors that I listed and have the case thrown out for finding the victims actually "planned" for something like this to happen!

I feel bad for the victim but..
If I were a defense lawyer I would be all over these kinds of things.
