I would get maybe a mild cold once a year. I eat healthy, a mostly raw diet even, I take supplements and juice and get plenty of exercise. I'm only 30. But lately I just feel like shit every singled day. Achy all the time, fatigued, I've had 3 different colds in the last 3 months and I currently have some weird throat tickly respiratory irritation of some sort going on that I can't seem to kick. My stomach gets randomly upset every other day, and I always feel like I'm fighting something off.
