As an aside--do you take Niacin? A cheep amazing vitamin (B3) that has been proven to ease depression--it is a chemical brain thing. Lots of info in you google it (Niacin, Depression)

i've tried Niacin before and it helps a lil i guess. I added magnesium to it as well. but Honestly the things that help me the most are in that book. I know that sounds like a sales line lol but if the book wasnt for free... I wouldnt even post it here :)

No, I did not read the book. The only book I need is the Bible, after experiencing the things that happened to me, it brought me closer to the truth, and the truth will set you free.

You said you dont have demons. I AM TELLING YOU DO HAVE DEMONS BECAUSE YOUR MIND IS NOT IN PEACE = NOT NORMAL = DEMONIC OPPRESSION.

Satan is the father of lies.

You could tell that lie over and over to yourself.

You can write as many ebooks as you want, it may help a little with your problems with depression, but it will still come back.

I was depressed for 10 years, and suicidal. My last hope was to goto a doctor and get some medication, but I did not want to go down this path, im strongly against pharmaceutical drugs, but I felt i reached the end of the ropes.

Then one day, I searched for youtube for some cures. I ran into brother carlos's channel. As I was watching the video I felt things inside me squirm, I had trouble looking into his eyes, I was laughing uncontrollably and was trying to look away. I didnt know then, but it were the demons trying to get me to look away. Just as they are trying to make you look the other way, oh its just a joke, they dont exist., etc Those are all lies of the devil. When you truly want to be free, go look at that video.

Watching that video opened my eyes. it made me seek Jesus. And when i finally confessed my sins to him, something amazing happened to me, my mind was completely RENEWED, all the old ways of thinking, all the addictions, GONE. Depression GONE, suicidal thoughts GONE.

I CANT EVEN FORCE MYSELF TO BE DEPRESSED. IM HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT. THAT IS THE GIFT JESUS CAN GIVE ALL OF YOU, PEACE OF MIND.

I know you may think its just a joke or game, but demons can use these tools to get into people. What do people feel when they watch the video you created? FEAR, thats just one of many ways spirits can enter your body. The person, Brother Carlos even states that watching occult, scary, movies can bring demons into your body, no wonder why so many people are not happy and miserable, there being oppressed by demons.


Occult or violent video and computer games, movies, TV show, music, books, magazines or comics.

Negative Thoughts and Emotions

Another entrance demons use is through our negative emotions. Negative emotions are first the result of the person's wrong thinking patterns. If the negative emotions and thoughts are allowed to fester for a long period of time the demon can gain a "foothold" in the mind. The demon then gains influence begins to magnify the wrong thinking with more intense and hateful thoughts. If the person does not correct that intense negative thinking pattern but encourages the thoughts, the demon can gain more control of the mind by permanently entering the mind.

Cheers Dr .A ,long time sufferer myself , on fluxetine atm for it but interested in dropping the meds , cos of the side effects (coff)..TYVM mate ..def give it a whirl :)

I dont wanna tell you to drop the flux cos Im not a real Doctor. lol
But i know people who cant afford meds... and I know people who take meds and could use a lil extra help.

To be honest, I would prolly take some fluxetine if i had it lol :)

But maybe the book will offer some pointers, etc... it works with me... it aint easy... but its a lot better than me allowing my depression to beat me :)

I kinda think of depression like its alcoholism and you are doing AA... you constantly gotta fight the urge!! You so wanna give in! but you know you gotta fight and keep on keeping on!

Hello to everyone, especially OP. Wanted to say something right quick... I was diagnosed bipolar II/cyclothymic and after many many different medications, I found that the best medicine was Lithium Orotate... which is a more natural way to get a good balance and much less harmful than Lithium Carbonate or the etcs... I guess the idea is that the Lithium Orotate tells your brain to start reproducing more natural "chemicals" on your own. LO can be purchased in a natural health food store for around $25. I take (about) 20mg once a day before bed and I sleep like a log so be aware... I hope this advice helps somebody... Good luck! Also, I am not a doctor, but who the hell trusts them anyways? C:
