Alright I made my ebook free its on the Amazon Kindle store.

Its a short book, but if you or someone you know is depressed... check it out... Its the things I do to keep life and depression from getting me down.

I battle manic depression... but I've had very good success keeping that beast beaten down... I'm no psychiatrist or professional... I'm just another dick head trying to get through life. I don't do medication, for one I'm too poor lol So I cam up with my own methods of helping myself.

I am not the best at writing, I dont give a fuck about grammar haha... But I wanted to share my method... its free... its short... and its out there... check it out :)
