If memory serves me correctly, wasn't Iran the first country to take the Keshe Foundation up on their offer of new technologies they were working on?

They are looking "forward" to the new, where as the "Industrialized" world is busy making sure the status quo, stays..God forbid TPTB lose money on their current technologies! TPTB don't want to look forward to the "new".
