Its like in my mind, xmas isn't coming this year, so I just forgot about putting up a xmas tree. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Just talking to hubby about a tree. Usually I'm all about this Christmas spirit, but this year it seems to be lacking. Even my very Christian family are not into it. Refusing to pull names and give gifts. I do want a tree through - the cat will like it very much, but it does seem to be lacking. Typically, I decorate the day after Thanksgiving. This year I squirreled up the Halloween stuff a couple days ago and my neighbors have no decorations either. It's weird this year - just weird.
