Start taking 10,000 IU daily of Vit. D3.
If you get sick -
Take 100,000 IU daily of Vit. A for 3 days. (no longer or the Vit. A will become toxic)
After 7 days, switch over to 150,000 IU daily of Vit. D3.
After 7 days, back down to 10,000 IU daily of Vit. D3.
D3 is a fat soluble pre-hormone. You can't OD on the above recommended doses.
