Re: Are women doubling up on menstual cycles lately?
I have been having 2 periods a month for the last 6 months....thankfully they only last 3-4 days but still..... I was at the point of seeing the doctor, I was think maybe early menopause.... I'm only 35, now now... I don't know. Apparently I'm not the only one lately...

Well it has been a flare up even in women past periods as well.

When you have ladies 45-50-65 and such this is rearing it head even in those 65 having hot flashes and all other things like the went trough years before.

Makes cross you fingers that you do not go back to those periods and disrupt the no more period.

Have to be very careful what we even eat and drink or it makes it worse.

Totally gross but yes. Sometimes it has a garlic smell. Sometimes like ammonia. Sometimes like decaying flesh when it's just a trickle of old blood. Really strange.

Re: Are women doubling up on menstual cycles lately?
Thanks for this thread, I wonder what is going on. I've had two a month for the past 4 months, I was getting ready to check with my Dr. this month to see if there was something to worry about.

But seeing that so many others are dealing with this too, I'm really wondering what is going on. Like once a month isn't enough to deal with...

So, here's the question...

If we are "adjusting" prior to a possible "event" then what we need to know is when are we all expecting to be fertile next?

I just checked for me...it's about 12/10 with next cycle to start on...

12/23/12

Same for my daughter.

Yes. we must be about to go to war. Was talking to my mother yesterday and she mentioned the hospital that had 16 boys in a row. its a sign of going to war. I myself am late this moth and not pregnant. the Mon was incredible this week. I an now getting my back and leg pain which is disabling. particularly so this time. can hardly stand for more than five minutes and hearing is bad.

not two in month, but they've been heavier AND also i've noticed, it will start and then completely stop for a day and then go again so its like 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on or whatever

weird!
 Quoting: scorpio66

oh, i missed that! but reported the same thing, i think... does yours totally completely stop for a day? like all done, just gone and then yeah, it starts all over again with the cramps except mine returns with more of a gush vs the slower usual start

i had a theory that this might be from taking aleve for cramps and that it is actually stopping the entire period, then the aleve wears off and it starts back up... do either of you use aleve?

ETA: to post above mine, my next due 12/25

Re: Are women doubling up on menstual cycles lately?
in chicago could it be due to the massive chemtrail spraying as of late..
 Quoting: Nicolemare

nicole r u serious with this post?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27449736

She very well could be. I live near Chicago and I have heard a lot of people complaining about chemtrails there.
Kinda weird... maybe there is something to it, maybe not.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28959156

i just dont understand chemtrails. the amount that they spray is so miniscule in comparison to the volume of air over a city as big as chicago and the amount of molecules a single person would have to absorb to be affected by whatever it is THEY are trying to infect us with would be so large that it seems as if chemtrails are useless really
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27449736

This comment needs some more thought put into it.
The spray is micro. You can see it bleeding into the sky.
It spreads everywhere.
I think possibly the sun cycle maximum is the best explanation so far.
But we can't rule anything out yet.

Re: Are women doubling up on menstual cycles lately?
During the spring and summer, I was also having a 14 day menstrual cycle. It lasted for five months. I too attributed it to peri-menopause. Come to find out that a co-worker of mine was having the same thing happening to her and she is only forty. I know how sometimes women who work in close proximity can have their cycles sync and that's what I thought it was; although that didn't answer the "why" question.
I'm in Nevada so Southwest U.S. included in this mystery.

Ima dude so don't know pretty much anything about anything first hand but could this thread be a statistical anomoly? Say 500 women have had a shorter cycle and 500 hundred have had a longer cycle...which ones are going to post on this thread? The posts that stood out to me were the ones that said things were clockwork their whole lives until the last month. That is different for sure.

Some of us make all girls some of us make all boys and some of a mixed lot. I'm a girl family. five sisters all girl grandchildren . however when collectively more boys are born in a population...its a sign of war . mind you we are technically at war. but I thino this is something else. sixteen boys born in row at Slovak hospital breaking records. our cycles doubling? women know best. our bodies are making sure the population stays solid.

well, slightly OT but anyway

i had 3 girls and then a boy... by reading a book about choosing the sex of your child and then following what it said - it was true, we were having 'girl baby sex' and changed to the boy methods and bam. the book got passed around after that and if i recall something like 8 out of 9 friends and family were able to have what they wanted, pretty crazy!

it's basically about timing and how much sex you have

Some of us have one vary faster or slower so a constant of 28/30 .and some of us are always irregular. we Mark it on calendars and plan our lives around it. so NO its NOT a co inky dink .
