Are women doubling up on menstual cycles lately?

Mine are too. And, if not one PMS isn't enough hell. You should see me on my second. I feel like cutting a bitch.

ok im really having a duh moment about the suggestion that menopause is about to start occurring a whole lot earlier now... it makes so much sense when you consider that puberty has started earlier. seems so obvious all of a sudden.

Have laughed my way through this thread, sometimes because of the doods who are getting their first periods, or praising their willys for not bleeding, but mostly out of relief that my mega-tsunami periods that have recently developed seem commonplace here...My OH just said to me yesterday ''Has it stopped?'' and when I said it had he gave a huge sigh of relief and said ''Well, Thanks be to fuck!'' It must've been bad!! Haha.

Thanks for this thread...... I have had the same experience Oct/Nov. I am 43 so had been looking on the internet under Peri-Menopause symptoms because generally I am like clockwork.

Thank God things seem to have gone back to normal this month as I was getting sick of the unpredictability, not to mention the cost of extra feminine protection!

In the interest of science and possible prophecy, I will add my input to the thread: I was on the phone Nov. 28th with my friend in Florida, and she exclaimed to me, "Damn!? Already? I'm not due for another two weeks!" She was perturbed by it, because she generally runs like clockwork, is 35, and has two kids. My daughter, an hour or so later, got hers...also, early, and was in an incredible amount of discomfort. I think the moon was full that evening.

My cycle has been irregular for most of my fertile years so far; however, that same evening, I ovulated (rather early for me, as it's usually 33 days or a bit more), and I'm due to have mine early this month, as a result. I'm 36 years old, currently in New York.

Forgot to add, I'm no where near menopause yet so far as I know (my mom was in her mid-fifties, and I've read it's usually a good general predictor of age for menopause)...

My daughter is O negative blood type, I'm O positive (don't know what my friend is)...

Nothing has been garlicky, ammonia-like, or anything else, as of yet, so far as I am aware...

And all I've been doing lately is dreaming of babies. Like, all I want to do is get knocked up. A lot. Probably TMI in some way, but err...yeah. While screaming, "Give me your genetic materiallll!" And I just dumped the guy I was dating. Bummer. Don't know how your libidos are fellow ladies, but I thought I would add.

40 - Southeast US. It skipped a month, then doubled up every 10 days for twice, then was normal 20 day cycle for a month. Then I skipped a month and started end of November. My period just ended. They'd put me on Paxil so I assumed it was the endocrine effects or possible Perimenopause.

i think any ladies having this issue need to sit down and meditate by themselves for 1 hr minimum a day to help cleanse out any negative energy to help with the procession into the age of aquarius as you all play a vital role :)

So far it´s only women from the US.
Maybe we could find out in which states they´re living.
If anyone could just tell in which state they live, maybe we find out it´s confined to the west coast (cascadia EQ etc.) or something like that..

I am 42 and residing in Eastern KY. I have also noticed my cycles are closer together and have been for 3-4 months. I was on a 25-28 day cycle like clockwork, now it is 17-20 days. I dismissed it as early menopause although my mother was 50 years old before hers began. After scanning this thread I realize I may have dismissed the sudden change too quickly.

I've had that feeling of being pregnant two or three times a year for the past three years after deciding to go with a permanent form of BC after our youngest was born the year before that. At first I just chalked it up to hormones still being out of whack, but it's getting rediculous.

It also seems like every female around here that can get pregnant is lately. However, I'm in North Alabama and in one of the regions that got hit hard by an F4 and F5 in April 2011. I think it's mostly a reaction to that mess for some plus women who miscarried in the weeks after the storms trying again. Seriously, we've had two babies join the family back in May, and my sister-in-law is due any day now. That's just our immediate family! I can't count the number of friends and aquaintences with newborns or ones on the way.

You got it. Many womens bodies are syncing up to the natural cycles. As these frequencies get stronger and stronger, more and more will start noticing this very thing. I have a friend at work who experienced the exact same thing people are talking about on this thread. I've been synced up to the moon for the last 6+ months or so, but many women who are not on birth control will start to notice this!

Yes. I am 46 and haven't had period for over 4 years now. FSH level test showed I was done. I am one of 3 sisters. No family history of early menopause. No other underlying health issues. Of the 3 of us I am the only one "tuned" in. So, I find it interesting.

BTW, men have to be experiencing new things going on as well (no smarta$$es pleez) in their own right, quite aside from any female relationships they may have.

This is true. There are many good theories being put forward. I particularly like the one about the light changing, and our physical connection to it.
I was messaged by a woman that said that she noticed this happening to her before menopause.
The location doesn't seem to be much of a factor. I think that the majority of GLP women are from the US.
