Sheri thinks she's in on the conspiracy, but I don't think so. I don't think this girl knows anything more than "that's my estranged brother, he got into a dangerous crowd, and I'm not supposed to let anyone know that" and that "he's an agent". She talks the way people talk when they are 100% sure there is a conspiracy, and that is a very rare trait. As for Jones, I can't tell, but I think they make him do what he does by threatening his family, whom he is never allowed to see. She appears to have resented him her whole life for this.
