I know most of you guys on this thread are just bullshitting. But as a woman I feel sorry for you. Men are so drivin by sex that meaningful relations have no time to develop.

I'm past the age of confusion conerning these things. I would never be interested in a man solely because of sex. We woman have minds that function quite well, and I need to connect in a truly meaningful way before the idea of sex demands a response from me.

Women want and need security and it's this priority that prevents jumping from bed to bed.

I'd love to have a platonic relationship with a thinking man who isn't dominated only by thoughts of sexually conquering every woman he meets.

During my lifetime social norms have drastically changed, I accept that and don't pass judgment on what anyone else does. But I do have high standards for myself.

what most men fail to acknowledge is women can make great friends. too many times they only see a woman as a means to fill their sexual needs. i am happily married to my best friend. if anything ever happened and i found myself single, i'd have a hard time dating again since too many men out there are infected with p0rn and have unreal expectations of what women are in society. i've been a loyal wife, a good friend and i know that no matter what, i've always been true not to just my man, but to myself.

I do believe that we have entered a new era, they don't make men (or women) like they used to.

I was gay then tried straight. I got bored and turned gay again for a while and decided to turn into a straight again in the middle of all this - I managed to become a bi-sexual male and I find it easyer this way being able to pick and chooses among the boys and girls.

I'm not so sure about that. I see an awful lot of poor people out there. If what you say is true then women would only have sex with rich or financially secure men and there would be no poor families.
