Theory for mass killings on dec 21-23... Possibly

What if during this time period about 1/3 of the earth dies off due to the insane changes that the pole shift will cause... And that is why the goverment built all these bunkers in advance.. Because they know the huge earthquakes, tsunamis, solar flares, 3 days of darkness, will kill many many people. So when it's all said and done, they leave their caves and start the new world order due to the world being left at a much easier controlled population.
