Try finding ANYTHING in the grocery store that doesn't have some form of corn, especially High Fructose Corn Syrup...didn't realize JUST HOW MANY THINGS contain it. It is in probably at least 75% of all prepackaged or canned foods in one form or another. |

It is very toxic at the amount today's diet has. Sugar is cancer's favorite food and needs it to thrive & spread. Viruses & bacteria also love it as it causes wear & tear on the immune system & organs, making them work harder. |

Your baby does not have a 'Sugar Intolerance" he has a yeast infection that was caused by the antibiotic that they typically shoot them up with at birth that kills off the good gut bacteria that keep yeast bacteria in check. You have the same problem from the Chemo. Your symptoms read like a checklist for a systemic Candida Albicans infection, that research shows 80% of the population has, and is not aware of. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28929359 I'm trying to cut out sugar, gluten, dairy and GMOs but I literally can't find anything to eat, so I eat some shit foods. For breakfast I eat eggs with onion and cheese with turkey bacon or some other kind of sausage. And sometimes hashes potatoes. I'll still eat a banana and REAL oatmeal (not the strawberries and cream kind) about 3 days per week. They don't seem to hurt me. But my favorite of pineapple is a no no. I still have coffee but it has to be black. That French vanilla creamer has a lot of sugar in it. Especially for how much coffee I drink. For lunch I usually have turkey and Swiss on wheat with lettuce tomato onion and peppercinis. And I'll eat jalapeño chips about half the time. For dinner I'll eat grilled chicken or grilled steak on salad. Salad has onion carrots( small amount of carrot), avocado, cherry tomatoes, walnuts croutons and just a few crasins. Or for dinner I'll have tacos with everything on it. The flour tortilla doesn't seem to hurt. Or salmon with horseradish and steamed/grilled veggies and sometimes mashed potatoes ( not too much of those) Basically now I eat normal like I did when I was kid living in my parents house. Eat non processed foods (most have lots of sugar) and I quit eating the cookie or half a twix after dinner. But a huge culprit that I didn't realize was rice. And I ate rice quite a bit. |

[link to www.candida-albicans-cure.com] Pleas take this seriously and spend 15 minutes reading. No athletes foot or rash or blisters. But I do have an eye floater that I have had since I was 7 years old. It could be what you are talking about. But with my current diet I feel perfectly normal like I used to before I started eating too much sugar when I left my parents house 20 years ago. Reading through your linked info seems like someone can really get caught up with trying to get rid of that stuff. Maybe even a little bit of "chasing the dragon" so to speak. But I wouldn't be surprised if that is what it is. I did have a couple of bouts with thrush and some fungal infections during the cancer treatments. But thank you the same. |

That's why they said it was a byproduct of the cancer treatments. But now that it is perfectly normal literally within 1 day of cutting out sugar and rice..I'm hoping it is healed. Since every other single measure of health (and I have to have a lot periodically for cancer check ups) check fine. Liver function is good. Kidneys are good. CBC is good. Pet scan 3yers ago was good. Only thing off was a1c on last blood work. And that was because I was eating too much sugar. It was .1 above normal. So not bad, easily taken care of now that I have cut out sugar. |

Then came the stomach problems in Jr. High and on. always worrying if i'm gonna have stomach problems and need to shit, but always needing to shit is the problem! Every day situations become unbearable... sitting in a class room then later in conference rooms. 10 years ago I got really healthy. Exercised, Triathlon training... and I ate really good. I had less stomach problems. But i ate less in general and was on a strict daily routine so things seemed ALMOST normal. Gained all the weight back. Since I have so many injuries and I'm older I realized I couldn't burn the fat off like I did before. Ditched the carbs and sugars. It was rough the first couple weeks. I went 9 months w/o sugar. Never felt better in my life. Weight comes off easy compared to what I had to do in the past. No stomach issues. If i have to go it's usually 10-60 mins after I eat. That's it. Don't even worry about it anymore. (this alone is why I wont eat sugar/carbs again) but also.. My mind is clearer. I can focus better. I'm putting muscle on and don't think I'm losing any muscle. I sleep better. I'm more hornier then at any point in my life. I could have a wife, gf and a mistress and satisfy them all no problem. I tested the carb waters a month ago... to see what would happen. Felt hung over the next day, felt like i had lead in my belly, got lazy and lethargic.. and of course... full of gas and shitting all day. Wish I'd known sugar was bad back in the early 90's. My whole life would of been different. |

What about the structure of GMO plant derived sugars. Good question. I can't tell if the problem is the refined sugar or natural or both since I cut it all out. Except.... after I cut it all out I was still having huge problems until I cut out rice as well. That was the last key for me. If that provides any insight. And I was eating rice prolly 2-3 times per week for lunch. Love me some grilled chicken and rice. |

Could always replace the white rice I presume you ate (empty carbs), with wild whole grain rice or even better, quinoa. There are alternatives that exist. But the white rices, and flours for that matter (mainly due to bleaching), are no good for sure. I am really gonna try and make an effort to cut out the sugar in my diet too......it's hard though cause we often have so many cookies and cakes in this house that it is tempting and hard to resist at times, especially lately. I need to start to making my own baked goods with natural, real sugars and sweeteners to replace all that, or at least severely limit my intake otherwise. It's gonna be a challenge.....but really do want to for my health. Last Edited by ajk on 12/20/2012 07:55 PM No one is perfect. [link to news.discovery.com] i eat hormone, antibiotic free chicken breast spinach broccoli/broccolette quinoa brown rice stevia ("better stevia" is the best brand, get the drops, replaces sugar so well. no side effects for me, not unhealthy) almonds cashews kale any green vegetable for that matter, most veggies are good i dont eat any fruit because any kind of sugar/starch makes me fart, even fruit. i need to figure that out personally. vegan protein powders or meal replacement shakes like vega one. (great but overpriced, garden of life raw meal and now tru-food vegan are alternatives.) also i am going to start getting into tonics, adaptogens, herbs etc. stuff like reishi mushroom is amazing. here is a good recipe for an all around magical tonic Chaga mushroom, reishi mushroom, he shou wu, Himalayan crystal salt, mucuna pruriens, goji extract, freeze dried acai. |
