If they want to start a conversation about this tragedy then lets have one about how blacks are many times more violent, on average, than all other races and therefore should not be allowed to carry outside their own homes. It would be both inhumane and un-American to deny them the right to have guns within their own homes as they require guns at home in order to protect themselves from other blacks.
