OP -"you read the thread or not? why do you argue against the word .This is in your new testament.I already established that the law cannot be done away because messiah is the law..Why ARE YOU ASKING THE SAME QUESTION?"

I'm not the person that this was directed at, but I had the same observation as them. Your choice of the modern KJV translation for that Galations 3:17 passage is wanting - and appears to be used by you in confusion. I'm not suggesting that you are purposely confusing, but your lack of clarity in making your point is frustrating.

Paul makes the following observations in Galatians 3
- Promises were made to Abraham and his "seed", which was to be Jesus.
- This promise, this covenant, made to Abraham and his "seed" is not set aside by the giving of the law to Moses and the Israelites 430 years after that promise, that covenant, made to Abraham and his "seed". The covenant made to Abraham stands alone because it was a promise that the Father will keep, regardless of the disobedience that Israel displayed under the 'Mosaic covenant'. "God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise."
- Paul then goes on to state the reason WHY the law had been given - because of transgressions "till the seed might come to which the promise hath been made" - Christ.

For the sake of clarification as to your thinking and discussion, can you tell me where you differ on Galatians 3? I am not arguing about whether or not we are to purposely sin, because the New Testament is clear on the matter - no. It is the Spirit's writing His law upon our hearts that teaches us and it is that same Spirit that leads us to enter His rest whereby we cease our own works and do His will and works that glorify Him.

I found your response to the other post very harsh, when they were simply trying to gain clarification from you as to what you wrote. I hope that you will answer my honest and sincere question in brotherly love.
