Phennommenon posted a thread about starting your own business sometime last month.

Search the thread - lots of great ideas.

Can't remember the exact name of the thread though.

Perhaps you can pm her.

Good luck!

I don't really know what you're looking for, but a quick and easy source of money is converting old wood-frame windows into mirrors.

I used a blowtorch and a 5 in 1 to clean them off, and cut 1'*8' door mirrors down into panels( they are the cheapest 1/8" mirror you can buy ), secured with a dot bead of liquid nails in the corner, no glaze points required of course.

Sand slightly, finish with low VOC Zars, or milk paints.

Cost to make = under 10$
Sell for anywhere from 100-300$ depending on the window style.

I used to make and sell all sorts of things, that was about the quickest and easiest money I could make using what basically amounts to garbage.

Yuppies love 'em.

Good luck man.

Np, JanJan. There are few I'm thinking about trying too. Can't hold a "regular" job anymore because of health issues, so I saved the thread in case something I could do would turn up.

msn.bcnews7.com/jobs/

Plus there has been many threads lately on home & online jobs. Do a search.

Good luck.

Youngevity is a great MLM to be in at this time.

All you have to do is talk with people, and find out what they want. Whether it is time, money, better health you can offer it to them with this company.
The biggest lie out there right now is that our food contains everything our bodies need for optimal health.

Don't know why link didn't work. Here it is again and also link to the company they mention in article. Hope it works this time:

msn.bcnews7.com/jobs/

[link to www.leadinghomeincome.com]

If the article link doesn't work again here's what they said about it:

"No. 1 best: Online Affiliates

Job Description: Work online posting links for big corporations like Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Verdict: This low-stress, high-paying job made the top of the list because of “two emerging industries: Web applications and social networking. Also, Who doesn't want to work in the comfort of their own home? Not to mention its one of the easiest jobs to get out there. One of the top online corporations giving jobs to hundreds of thousands of Americans is Home Profit Connection.

The job brings in about $87,000 annually and the hiring outlook is among the best of the ranking. Positions are expected to increase by about 42 percent by 2018, the fastest of any occupation, according to the BLS.

Wondering how to get started?
You don't need a college degree, this job requires your computer and basic typing skills. Go to Home Profit Connection and follow the instructions given to receive your trial. The trial is free however, you will need to pay a $9.99 shipping and handling fee to receive your starters kit...."

Food truck ... if you can afford the upfront cost.

Around here they are proliferating ... which means that they must be making money.

I know I eat at them now and then anymore. Better food than the burger joints or other fast food joints.

Get Internet marketing skills.

To succeed online you need:

1. A problem
2. A solution
3. Skills to bring that solution to your audience

If interested, let me know and I'll share more.

Well, you certainly can't spell or type worth a damn. But, since you can work with tools, I recommend this: Buy cheap, used wood furniture off craigslist and at yard sales. Refinish and resell it. For example, you buy an old, beat-up dresser for $5. Refinish it with a faux antique look and resell for $100. That's huge a huge profit margin. Resell on craigslist, eBay, through consignment at a local antiques store, etc.

The US is going to be # 1 oil producer within the next 10 years, bypassing the ME.

# 1 gaz producer, also.

If you want to work, there is work and opportunity.

Things are changing, industry comes back to the US. Things are not quite rosy right now, but this will be different SOON.

The economic future for the US is BRIGHT.

Well Here Are A Few Options...
.
1) Surveys - You Make About $. 10 - $1.00 Per Survey And If You Can Manage To Do One Every Thirty Minutes You Could End Up Making About $5.00 In 8 Hours, $25 A Week And $100 A Month.

2) Mystery Shopping - You Write A One To Two Page Letter About Your Experience With A Specific Place, And A Lot Of Other Specific Info Such As How Clean The Place Was, Names OF The People You Dealt With, How Long It Took You To Be Helped, Etc. And You Get Paid About $15.00 Per Shop And/ Or Sometimes Just A Free Meal.

3) Focus Groups - I Sat In On One Session Talking About A Product I Used And Filled Out A Questionnaire About The Product And They Paid Me $150.00 For About An Hour Of My Time Plus Handled My Parking Fees. This Will Get You Started
fgglobal.com

4) Direct Sales And Affiliate Sales - There Are Hundred Of Companies Out There That Give You An Opportunity To Sell Their Products And You Make Anywhere From 25-50% On The Products You Sell. The Good Companies That Know You Will Make A Lot Of Money Ask You To Buy In. Costing Anywhere From $10-$500.00. I Am Currently A Part Of A Few Of These Companies And The One With The Cheapest Start Up Fee Was AVON. You Get A Website, A Bunch Of Catalogs And Some Marketing Assistance. ----- All I Do Is Tell People That I Know Through Social Networking Sites, Friends, Family And Sometimes Ads In Newspapers About The Products And Discounts Avon Offers. I Direct Them To My Site, They Purchase, Avon Delivers Merchandise Directly To Them And I've Earned 25-40% On What I've "SOLD". Here's My Link. youravon.com/charettaupshaw

Someone on here awhile back said they get paid a good amount of money to allow big pharma to test new drugs on them. Sounds a bit risky but I think they were getting some fairly big checks and food/lodging sometimes when it required them to travel. Plus if you become a mutant freak I'm sure there is compensation for that.
