It wouldn't be the first time... But given how a Royal chooses a name from his/her names when they ascend the throne we already have one Royal that will probably pick Arthur when he ascents the throne and that is William.

His choices are:
William <--- Would not be a popular regal choice as you have William the Bastard and William of Orange..
Philip <--- Far too Spanish Sounding
Louis <--- Far too French sounding
Arthur <---- about the only choice left to William when he ascends the throne.

My choice for Princess and Boudicca..

As an amusing side note, the last time we had a Prince named Arthur that named that way by King Henry VII to bring the golden age back to England.
