That God sacrificed himself, to himself, to remove the curse he put on us?

Matthew 21:40 Jesus is not His Father, the only God of the Old Testament. Jesus, the father, and the holy spirit is one. That is what the Christian faith is built upon, or did i miss something? Dude christians contradict themselves with almost every sentence they spew haha
