Heat damage would be hard to prove as "intentional". I would concentrate on the screen, as the MB has heat sensors which may force a shut down of the computer at a particular temp.

IDK..I alawys get the replacement plan then my computer usually dies about the time that expires..so I just plan on buying a new one every 2 yrs..That way I'm also up to date on the newest software etc. I have never tried to cheat for a new one. I can say I have had my keyboard replaced and my screen on my warranties..but never the whole pc.

i doubt apple will mind 1500 bucks, has more cash reserves than the government, do what you want with your computer if it was me i wouldnt do it cuz my luck would not allow it. apple would have a video of me dropping it in the bathtub in my own house n i would be sent to g-bay

I've LEGITIMATELY ruined so many of my apple electronics from liquid. so I ALWAYS get accidental coverage.
I've spilled water, spilled wine, spilled windex.

I feel like. I've definitely gotten my more than my money's worth on that insurance because they always have to give me a new one.. I feel really bad, but I'm just AWFUL with electronics.

I like to joke that all of my electronics suicide into the nearest source of water, eventually.
