The only mention of spending cuts are military and corp welfare. OK...I'm good with that, but what else? What about nixing some of the bennies called 'safety nets' or at least making them more difficult to qualify for.

last (for now), the Government doesn't create jobs other that those on the government payroll. It can support an environment in which jobs are created.

And, remember, the government cannot spend a cent it hasn't taken from the populous and, thus, the economy.
