I was like this is disgusting!!!!! They used big cans of tomato juice.....it was seriously like SOUP. 80% liquid 20% beans.. Ewww It has to be thick, not too tomatoey, and simmered for hours to be good chili. Your ratio sounds good, though I lean toward a slightly higher ratio of beans for personal preference. Soupy thin chili is gross. |
