Marijuana is legal everywhere that Nabilone is sold

Nabilone, or Cesamet which is owned by
the corporation Eli and Lilly, contains
the main ingredient "canabinol" which
is an ingredient in the prior drug 'Marinol'

Canabinol is sold and controlled via the government's
of all nations and states. Yet the chemical THC
is owned by Eli and Lilly and sold via their pills.

The only that that is illegal is the bud which contains
the pure ingredient which can be used to synthesize the pills. But why on earth would anyone want to do that?

I think marijuana is legal right now. Because Eli and Lilly cannot own all of the hemp plants in the entire world.
