But I do admire your thoughts....if it were me, to keep the city from actually getting useful firearms, I would go around to the gunsmiths in the region and acquire junk that wouldn't even be safe to fire, or have enough parts to even fire, and turn all that garbage in....this way, we adhere to the old rule of "garbage in equals garbage out"....
