Specifically - what should I have for 2 adults and 3 children- 3 boys (right now they are almost 9, 5 and 1 year old)?

I've done ok with stocking up on food, water, T.P. - now I'm working on diapers, paper towels/baby wipes, medical supply/emergency kit and eventually my first gun =)

Fish Oil
Magnesium Glycinate

These are what I would stock up on at least.

It is just fine, cheap, easy to stockpile, and high efficacy.

Get at least 1 pill per person per day. Even an off brand is fine on a budget as you need a lot of these - IF you are on a tight budget, this is the way to go.

Then purchase as many antibiotics as you need.

Most of the advice here is expensive, not portable, not efficient (needs a lot of water, etc), and not practical in any way.

If, however, you have a lot of money - you can follow the other recommendations and assumptions that plant X or root Y will be available to you on a daily basis.

That's why they will outlaw this dangerous practice soon.
