Anything after this basic stockpile is fair game, depending on your opinion, but at least have this. If there is any money left over after the multi-vitamins, it should be spent on antibiotics. If you are no limited funds, anything else would be a waste. You want to have basic health and basic drugs to fight simple diseases. |

Zedakah User ID: 25719696 United States 12/03/2012 04:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Oil of Oregano is good for immunity as well as Vitamin C (also fresh oregano would work I guess, as well as pine needles for Vit C). I use Tea Tree Oil and Colloidal Silver for external cuts/problems. Wormwood extract and/or Papaya Leaf Extract - both work wonders against parasites and malaria. Papaya Leaf Extract also greatly increases your red blood cell count. Kelp extract contains natural iodine that your body absorbs much easier than iodine tablets. Activated charcoal absorbs lots of toxins as well, especially carbon-based toxins like benzene (by product of crude oil). So depending of the nature of the shit hitting the fan, the vitamins and supplements would be different. Vitamin D3 is always a good starter for every situation. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27768994 LOTS of Vit. D3. homefirst.com is the best out there, followed by GNC, then Walgreens. LOTS of Vit. A. WRONG. Vit A and Vit D are fat soluble, meaning that if you take too much they will build up in your body and can cause toxicity problems. For example, too much Vitamin A can damage your liver. |
