Mideast Bible prophecy chronology in brief
Isaiah’s Chronology Combined with Ezekiel’s Sequence

Isaiah’s chronology:
Damascus ceases to be a city
Gog/Magog war

Ezekiel’s sequence:
Israelites return from the nations to Israel
Gog/Magog war
The Temple stands in Jerusalem

Combining the above sequences yields the following:
Israelites return from the nations to Israel
Damascus ceases to be a city
Gog/Magog war
The Temple stands in Jerusalem

Re: Mideast Bible prophecy chronology in brief
Psalm 83, Amos 1, Micah 5:5-6 and Isaiah 13-23 prophesy against Israel's neighbors including Edom (southern Jordan), Moab (south-central Jordan), Ammon (central Jordan), Philistia (Gaza), Tyre (Lebanon), Assyria (Iraq), Damascus, Egypt and Arabia. Psalm 83 unites some of these nations against Israel in a multinational attack that apparently fails after prayer and divine intervention.

Meanwhile, Ezekiel 38-39, strangely, omits these hostile neighbors from the immense Gog/Magog alliance. However, Ezekiel 38:5 categorizes more distant nations—Put (Libya), Persia (Iran), and Cush (the Sudan or Ethiopia)—as Gog’s allies. Ezekiel 38:8 and 38:14 describe the inhabitants of Israel as living in safety before the Gog/Magog war.

Can this be possible unless Israel's nearby hostile neighbors are neutralized? Why didn't Ezekiel list Israel's hostile neighbors as allies of Gog? Perhaps those neighbors are neutralized when they unsuccessfully attack Israel in a series of wars and local multinational attacks described in Psalm 83, Amos 1, Micah 5:5-6 and Isaiah 3-23.

Re: Mideast Bible prophecy chronology in brief
according to daniel, persia is attacked and defeated and then a peace covenant is put into place. The king who initiated the peace plan is overthrown in a coup. His nation is replaced by another that almost immediately collapses due to economic failure. The next kingdom to arise is that of the antichrist. In conjunction with his rise is a huge war which eliminates 2 powers.. After that there is a time of wrath, followed by a time of distress.

read ezekiel 35, 36 and 37. These chapters deal with the palestinians and their land grab. It is the future, written in ancient history.. Ezekiel chapters 34 on are chronological. First the jews return to the land in chapter 34, then the land is divided in chapters 35 and 36, then the spirit of god is put back into the hearts of the jews in chapter 37, then the gog war in chapters 38 and 39, then the 3rd temple in chapter 40, then the kingdom of god is restored.

over and over we see the same sequence of events. In Revelations the dragon spews water to destroy the woman. This is the gog war. The woman is protected and the antichrist rises in the very next chapter.
