Michael isn't in hell. He's finally at peace now, and resting in a place filled with love and light.
The types of people who are in hell, are those who profess to be Christian but act in opposition of Jesus' teachings. No, hell dwellers are the people who judge and threaten everyone with hell, who instill fear in people for no other reason than to cause distress.
Nah, you're headed there. And you won't find Michael there.

The entire child molestation thing was a set up. He had run across something and had information and knowledge that was very damaging to someone powerful and influential.
