Everyone should be having the same countdown. But it will NOT be December 21, 2012 11:11:11 (UTC) everywhere at the same time around the world. There are time zones! What our concept of the infamous end date applies mainly to the arrival of the 2012 winter solstice, which is used as marker by the Mayan long count calendar.

So, if December 21, 2012, 11:11:11 (UTC) is the end of the 13 baktun cycle of the Mayan Calendar, marking the rare 26,000 year alignment between the December solstice sun with the Xebalba be or Dark Rift as referred to by the Mayas, you can use the neat converter below to find the equivalent end date and time in your country:

For snapshot of this, the following cities show their Local Time Conversion For December 21, 2012 – 11:11:11 (UTC):

Los Angeles – 03:11:11
New York – 06:11:11

Here in MANILA, the Mayan Calendar will end on December 22, 2012 at 1:11:11 am --that's about 1 hour past MIDNIGHT!

If anything can happen at all, which I hope not, it can be what Brent Miller of the Horizon Project has been warning the planet about: that the solar system is now passing through the center of the galactic plane, or the Dark Rift as the ancient Mayas call it, where a very strong gravitational force emanating from the black hole at the center of the galaxy would induce catastrophic effects on Earth, not to mention the debris that litters the dark rift --from dust to asteroids to planetoids-- that can send deep impact that obliterates life on the coast lines (SO EVERY ONE LITERALLY HEAD FOR THE HILLS --NO, MOUNTAINS, HIGH UP HUNDREDS OF FEET ABOVE SEA LEVEL!)

For me what to watch out for other than December 21, 2012 is June 1, 2013, where Dr. Courtney Brown in his Youtube video "Post-2012 Earth Changes_A Remote Viewing Experiment" tells that by June 1, 2013 IT WILL ALREADY HAVE HAPPENED. For his remote viewers report total flooding of coastlines in key major places worldwide.

Still, I HOPE NONE OF THESE WILL HAPPEN.

I'm sure I'd be wide awake when the Mayan Calendar countdown reaches zero, despite it will be one hour past midnight in my time zone. I'd be thinking then about my family, how God has been good to us, and that I'd just trust Him to look after our welfare and good.

By the way, so that everyone is aware, there is possibility that we're talking about the RAPTURE here, because the Mayas tell that the Dark Rift, or the "Xibalba Be," will open up and there will be "a harvest of souls."

So while there's still time, I invite you to look deep inside and admit that you need a saviour, in the person and deity of JESUS CHRIST, by admitting you are a sinner and Jesus died for you on the cross.

Only in Jesus is our redemption!

so far, the STRONGEST ARGUMENT that leads me to believe something may just happen on december 21, 2012 and onward are the proofs put forward by brent miller of the horizon project.

all of the following interviews by coast to coast am are science-driven. one can say that rogue scientists and researchers from the horizon project who deviate from the mainstream thinking built the case that there may yet be doom late this year.

today, it appears brent miller just disappeared, maybe now in safety at some high mountains where catastrophic flood won't reach him.

here are his three interviews:

the january, 2007 coast to coast interview:

the november, 2008 coast to coast interview:

the (last) january 2009 coast to coast interview:

A good clue on what can happen on December 21, 2012 and beyond has to do with the 26,000 year cycle of the Precession of the Equinox. It appears every ancient civilization on Earth has been pointing us towards that SECRET!

This is a good video that will make your jaw drop about the Pyramids of Giza, including its secret on what will happen in the NEAR TIMES ahead when you understand what it has to tell about the Precession...

Please jump to 1:23:15 of the video. It is a good start to learn what the message of the pyramids to us TODAY (the whole video itself is incredible)!

People should know by now that there is an INCOMING asteroid that is going to get real close to hitting the planet by mid-February next year.

IF YOU'RE CLUELESS, here...

WHAT TO EXPECT TO HAPPEN IF IT DOES HIT

I'm on the same time zone, and have been my whole life. I never thought of it, to be honest.

And I guess I don't have to now, either.

good for you! because it could be on other parts of the world, when they thought the mayan calendar is about to reach the zero countdown, in reality, it could have already passed or it still a few more hours away!

IT'S GOOD IF EVERYONE SYNCHRONIZE! LIKE IT'S GOING TO BE EVERYONE'S DOOMSDAY NEW YEAR!

ana

come ending of the mayan calendar, when THE countdown reaches zero, i hope many GLPers will be thinking of one another, too --LIKE YOU at the same time. Come what may!

No, that is the official hour, minutes, and seconds that the Mayan Calendar ends!

The 11:11 is recorded as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for the 2012 winter solstice.

So for snapshot of this, the following cities show their Local Time Conversion For December 21, 2012 – 11:11:11 (UTC):

Mexico City – 05:11:11
Los Angeles – 03:11:11
New York – 06:11:11
Cairo – 13:11:11
Jerusalem – 13:11:11
Sydney – 22:11:11
Berlin – 12:11:11
Tokyo – 20:11:11
London – 11:11:11
Vatican – 12:11:11

But then again, you may want to convert the time yourself (or you live elsewhere than these cities). You can use the converter in the link below to find the equivalent date and time in your country:
