Quoting: Open Your Eyes When a billionaire has $65 billion, he can retire by selling his business nad he will have $65 billion. Now Ambani has lost $50 billion only. When you are the majority shareholder in a company it is hard to drop ALL your stock at once and convert it all to cash without the shares taking a plunge. You would need to find a willing buyer to pay the correct stock price for all your shares. Not an easy task. Last Edited by Open Your Eyes on 12/03/2012 11:32 PM |

How can there be 20% growth every year for 35 years? There will losses and fall some years. Money minded people are economic idiots and financial idiots. They say traders in gold & silver, stock markets, forex cannot earn 20% every year for more than 10 years. So the same applies to industries and businesses worldwide who are protected by governments and loans. |

He says you cannot earn $1 million in one year. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29040626 So I tell him "Mukesh Ambani" had $65 Billion 4 years back. How did he earn $65 billion in some 40 years. That comes to $2 billion/year almost. you can make big money exponentially. 1 dollar makes you 2, 2 dollars makes 4. is not something exclusively lineal and yes, is almost impossible to do it quickly, unless you do it illegitimately/legally *cough* trinity *cough* |

When the stock markets crash and there is storm in the financial world and billionaires invest bulk of their money in gold and silver then 50% of billionaires wealth will be distributed among worldwide people. No need for donations 34 billionaires say there will give 50% of their wealth to chairty. But when? World economy needs money now but some billionaires have $50 billion or $65 billion. |
