That's not the point - stop trying to deflect attenton away from the reality that these 'gangs' are US created, deployed, and tasked - and they do exist. They are very real - courtesy of Uncle Sam.

Do a search on what these poor 'Iraqi translators' have been up to in the USA.

Many of them have even been sent back to Iraq in recent years - hence the increased bombings by 'Al Qaeda' in Iraq.

US doesn't have to create the two-bit gangs. They created the idea of Al-Qaeda by renaming US funded mujaheddin and stood back to let the criminals rally under the banner. Just like how the 'Bloods' and 'Crips' across the US have no affiliation w/the original gang
