Sooner or later a snow storm.. a tornadic storm, an earth quake, a hurricane and so on will effect us all... at least something is bond to effect and disrupt our lives. Its always good to have some sort of prep... any prep is better than no prep I am a HelpTard, need Help? Ask me! Peace Means Reloading Your Guns! Have the ingredients to make some herbal remedies too, have been putting that off, but need to do it this week. Salves for healing, dried herbs for calming (to give to panicking people), those kinds of preps. Already have the standard food, water, matches, etc. |

You can buy wicks and metal tabs to hold the wick down for a couple dollars at Michaels or craft stores. Sit a wooden spoon across the top of the container to hold the wick in place until it hardens. Personally I try to keep enough on hand to cover at least a month of daily essentials.Three months would probably be better.I made peace in my own mind that if there is more than 3 months of extreme turmoil I dont really want to struggle longer than that.Only get stuff you will use either way. I wasted a lot of money during the 2000 roll over only to end up tossing most of the stuff.Cant live for doom but we do need to prepare enough to look after our self for a little while. |
