Therefore, the primary intent is not to harm people....but rather a secondary benefit. The primary intent is the make the HAARP advanced weapon system more effective. There are HAARP facilities located in many countries. There is also the SBX platform which can influence storm systems and moves throuugh the water at approx. 10mph. There is also the X-37B mini space shuttle providing influence from above. The HAARP sites are like the body of an octopus......with the chemtrails the arms of the octopus......giving added range and capability. Isn't it a bit odd to you scoffers that we can't get a straight answer about these from the government? The rumbling in the sky is incessant and very spooky. You people who deny this is happening are the ones who need to prove that it's not happening, as the evidence is compelling and overwhelming that it is.
