137 bullets and only 24 of them hit the girl driving the car. Not sure how many hit the guy in the passenger seat. Heard this last night on the local news.

Our cops shoot even one bullet from their gun and it's weeks of paperwork and desk duty.

By 13 they should know better...and it's a judgement call anyway...but as a general rule of thumb, anyone that runs from the cops should be shot.
