Just got a really weird Emergency Alert test, like nothing I have ever seen. It said it was issued by "Civil Authorities" and was more than just tones and static. At one point a very garbled voice came on to announce it. I have seen a lot of EAS tests, and this one seemed different...weird... Fuck your couch!

It was weird. Southern Oregon here.
