People always act as if it is only a burden, but some funds are honestly needed to make the government run. Maybe we should ask for total accountability as to how the funds are spent instead? A lot of it disappears down a black budget hole and we have no clue what's going on. |

Funds are needed to make the government run, but income taxes do not have to be a part of it, legally it is not constitutional to force income taxes. The government could probably run on 30% of the money they collect, but they are so fucking corrupt and greedy that they will/would spend more than they could EVER collect from the citizens. Pure organized crime in its trueist form. |

I would have to read all of it but that part is very clear. It is not lawful money. You can't get gold back, I don't know if they changed any other thing, but if they did they have really messed up. God is my guide |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 28899178 12/04/2012 04:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here's the gist of it, while legal, it is extremely difficult to get away with these days for various reasons. It is prima facie assumed that all of us our indebted to the Federal Resrve from birth... Since US Notes were removed from circulation in the 70's, it is all but impossible. (Just try redeeming lawful money at your local bank!) YES, it is correct that the US gov can not force us to pay an 'income tax' per the constitution. Yes, it is correct that everyone that takes this issue up with the courts as a constitutional issue loses. How is that possible you ask? Simple, it isn't constitutional law, it's contract law. By using Federal Reserve notes, you are entering into a contract with that 'company' They allow you use of their product and charge you a small interest on it, due once a year. It is merely called a 'Tax' for the sake of making the Federal Resrve look more 'official' than they are. If the majority of Americans realized the Reserve was just a private institution, ala Microsoft, they wouldn't be so quick on the "Just pay your damn taxes for the benefit of all" arguement. Income Tax does not go towards any social programs, does not get to be used by the tax payers in any way whatsoever. Look at it this way, Federal Resrve notes are like a magazine subscription. You go to the local bank with your paycheck and endorse it... This is you telling the banker that you would like (for instance) 400 of the Reserves product. The banker smiles and say's "Sure!" as he gets a piece of the pie. You are then handed 400 pieces of thier property to use, but you are only renting it. At the end of the year, the Fed adds up their invoices and sends you the bill. Since you used X amount of their product, you now owe them X amount of interest in fees. It is so freaking simple how they got away with it. Nobody ever tells us that our endorsing a check is akin to entering a contract. Nobody ever told us we had a choice. Can you imagine if they'd called it what it was this whole time? A usage fee! Tax my ass. Taxes are used for the betterment of society. This Federal Resrve fee is solely used to line the pockets of their board of directors... That all said, pay your fees, as you DO legally owe them for using their product. Complain to Uncle Sam for taking away your other options... |
