Wouldn't it be interesting to find out what percentage of these ppl placed in such slums are Dutch born or immigrants from former Dutch colonies. OP any idea?

I am conflicted on this. WHile I see the dangers (as in who decides who is anti-0socila and for what reasons.) I also see it as a potential for something that could be useful.

Article say they receive training on how to behave (again, some sort of brain washing?) and that it also prevents the law abiding citizens from leaving a good neighborhood over some bad tenants.

Look at us in the US. Look at all the ghetto cities and how a bunch of lawbreakers (drug dealers etc) clump together in neighborhoods, virtually destroying them , and they are no longer fit to be lived in. Those lawbreakers just find new and inventive ways to get around the law, it can never be controlled. Many times this happens in historic districts that need to be preserved.

Good people leave them behind rather than live amongst them. Is it really any different that they clump themselves together or are forced by the law to only live amongst themselves , sparing neighborhoods?

I think they are just doing what the undesirables already do to themselves, difference is they don't destroy good neighborhoods or endanger good people in the process, with Amsterdam's policies..

amsterdam look like a city with no criminality, i'm sure it's just some political bs.

Build (or use an existing) beautiful community and only allow in families who are law-abiding and respectful.

They sort have already do this with HOA's in nicer neighborhoods. Except they filter people with money.
