I thought I'd bring this up. Renounced Physicist Michael Kaku says he is 'really disturbed' about the American power grid in the event of a solar flares. It simply couldn't withstand it. However he and other Physicists have a solution, for $100 million dollars the problem could be fixed. Of course, it was denied by Congress. Funny how they can spend themselves 16+ trillion in debt for total crap but they can't look into saving the power grid. [ link to enenews.com] mrclean |

Imagine six months during which power would be very limited, most vehicles wouldn't work, and the majority of electric devices and operating stations would be fried. If you want to be even more scared, read about how nuclear plants are cooled and shut down, and realize they depend on the grid for their backups as well. Hardening the grid is a really good idea for both natural and security reasons, as something like the Carrington Event will eventually recur, and this insurance is the difference between it being an inconvenience and a cataclysm. |

Made public in Guardian, Business Insider Nov 29. Yeah, that's right you idiots...spend our resources for the Zionists and the hell with America. What else is new? |
