Furthermore, 2012 DA14 is not even listed on the widget on this very page titled, “Asteroid and Comet Close Approaches to Earth” which lists close approaches as of the date I am reading this (Nov 30, 2012) through Feb 15, 2013, the date this very article is referencing as the next “near” approach of this asteroid! When was this article written? Undated articles are so unprofessional and unreputable. At least that’s what I hear about other articles of the sort. By the way, I love your widget counting down to “not” the end of the world on Dec 21, 2012. Is that supposed to be reassuring? Goodness knows something happening near that date must be so unimportant so it should be especially brought to light, focused on and discussed more. Thank you! PS — Who writes this stuff?
