I realize that since you're a  this will likely fall on deaf ears, but there's a BIG difference in taking a program established to provide home telephone service (land lines) to poor people and EXPANDING it into the multibillion dollar monstrosity it has become under Obama Clause, the chocolate messiah. I realize in your rose-colored world view there ISN'T a difference between the two, which is WHY you're where you are in life...
