Sungazing in the afternoon?

I have sungazed for 8 years, in early morning, and my eyesight hasn't been damaged. Now I don't go staring at the sun during the day time, but I have found that when driving in late afternoon when the sun is usually blinding everyone and most people are wearing sunglasses, I have no problem with the sun being in my eyes, it doesn't hurt and I can see fine without sunglasses or the sun visor in place. Its pretty cool. Still, I wouldn't advise people to go looking directly at the sun during the middaytime hours.

My higher self knows how to transmute the fear. This is just what I do. I believe that we should ask within and do what works for us individually, since we are all so different.
