Sungazing in the afternoon?
HEy guys

To the sungazers that are used to sungazing in the morning and late afternoon before sunset:

Do you sungaze in the late morning afternoon, say 10AM-3PM? If we are used to the sun, are there any hazards of sungazing during this time? Cause I feel like I can do it all day....

thank you

Re: Sungazing in the afternoon?
I would say no, I did it one time after taking MDMA and meditating, I just sat on the couch and ended up staring at the sun out the balcony, and felt a strong connection and just kept looking and got into a meditative state and had quite an amazing experience. The only problem was for the next 10 or so days I was colorblind only in the area of a small circle (the sun) but it was directly where I would focus my eyes for reading or such, it was annoying but came back after 10'ish days.

I'm not gonna lie the deep meditative state I got into and that I also believe I had access to the akashic records for a short while was well worth the risk, but most likely only that time, it's not something I would do again to my eyes especially since I know I can do what I did without the risk.

do it with your third eye and close lightly the the other ones.

10 - 15 = Pretty intense sunlight. Your physical eyes can not handle it. Your third eye sure can thought.

Let it be-come you! It means Stop seeking your higher self! It is seeking you! Stand still in your mind to calm the waters of your mind and then it shall find you, so you can ride those waves together!
your true self lies somewhere between your heart and your consciousness. It is called the heart consciousness, which is the creator, which is you!

Re: Sungazing in the afternoon?
I have sungazed for 8 years, in early morning, and my eyesight hasn't been damaged. Now I don't go staring at the sun during the day time, but I have found that when driving in late afternoon when the sun is usually blinding everyone and most people are wearing sunglasses, I have no problem with the sun being in my eyes, it doesn't hurt and I can see fine without sunglasses or the sun visor in place. Its pretty cool. Still, I wouldn't advise people to go looking directly at the sun during the middaytime hours.

yes.

As long its done thru pure drinking water. not the fluoridated crap.

doing the same thru a window glass does not work.

Some glass windows have a gas inside them that cause absorbtion of UV. but Glass windows unlike water has no memory and the Light / knowledge from the sun is halted in the glass.

When it happens, if you feel like it, imagine your pineal and your heart merging. Feeling fear would be normal because its a new experience, but what I try to do when I instinctively feel fear is to acknowledge it, and then send it through my heart to my higher self. My higher self knows how to transmute the fear. This is just what I do. I believe that we should ask within and do what works for us individually, since we are all so different.

There is a reason why it must be pure drinking water..

This might sound weird, but as much as flouride destroy your own memory, it also destroy the water memory.

If the water memory is distabilised, then the light it reflect is going to be COORUPTED! or at least has chance of being.

I came to the shocking conclusion that Water is the intelligent diseign of the universe and the oceanic life is the Higher density earth.

After i realised that my legs felt weak and felt a rush of energy in my heart! It was really intense.
