I have mixed feelings about this.

I've seen people living on the street in cardboard boxes during the dead of winter.

First of all it's horrible that people live that way at all, by choice or necessity.. and sometimes they're blessed to have the cardboard box, I guess.

Is a shipping container worse than no shelter at all?

I guess the intention is key. Are they being boxed up for disposal, rather than shelter?

There is a guy where I work who is a JW. He's been JW his whole life. He has never tried to convert me in the three years I've known him. But one thing I have noticed, this man has no fear whatsoever of worldly authority, although he respects the chain of command. He has more integrity than anyone I've ever known. He is super intelligent and perceptive. If this is the general quality of people they are turning out, I am mightily impressed.

All she would have to do is get their names(or even what they look like) and call the local Kingdom Hall to find out if they are who they say they are. Or ask which Kingdom Hall they are from.

They only believe a certain number go to heaven to reign as kings and priests over the earth with Jesus and the rest of humanity will remain/be resurrected back to a paradise earth to learn and to reach perfection. This will include JW's and non JW's.
