Nope, no Obama lover. Just a guy who's getting threatened that if I don't agree to it, he'll crash the company affecting many lives and honest business people all over the country.

They are usually not interested unless their claim will be over $1,000,000, and then you have to almost beg them. Even if you snitch and the guy is a major crook the IRS will screw the deal up or lose all the information you gave them. Save your energy for something more productive.

Wrong.

They are very interested.

Send everything certified mail, get everything in writing, and cover yourself. You are going to make many people very angry and they may sue simply to get back at you.

Not interested in money/reward. Want nothing to do with it. Just don't want him to hurt many many good people. They don't deserve it.

If you snitch out a fellow citizen to the enemy IRS you will definitely get testicular cancer.

One would hope so!

The fucking IRS is nothing to do with the USA, is based and incorporated in Puerto Rico, and works for the "Jewnited Nations".

Draw your own conclusions.

I pay my taxes. Who likes it? No one.
Was your partner trying to blackmail you?...i.e., either allow fake invoices (with not taxes) or he'll carsh the company?

If something is going to harm you or other people, then you should act...

If it is not going to affect anybody, then don't try to be someone's Karma...that never ends well.

I reported my children's father for not paying, many years ago...The IRS did not care and thought I was stoopid for reporting him for working and never paying taxes.

Even though he's still almost $50,000 behind in child support, I am not going to serve as his Karma. It'll catch up to him one day and frankly, as an adult, I have better things to do with my time than try to punish him.

Would you prefer a lot of people suffer? It's not right. They did nothing wrong. They're good people trying to make a living like everyone else.

If it were just about me, I wouldn't even think about it. I just can't imagine the people's reaction to this. I've got lawyers and a CPA and he's still demanding it.

I don't want a reward. I would refuse it.

I won't allow fake invoices. Big Bucks. I've offered him an easy way, legally, no money out of his pocket through a note paid by company.
NOPE! Refused the legal, cheap, easy way. Want's to force me to become a co-conspirator.
Not going to happen.

Why would you rat someone out to a private collection agency incorprated out of Puerto Rico, such as the IRS ?

Yes, just google IRS incorporated in puerto rico. Of course that is just the opening of the rabbit hole, which goes all the way down (to the oily lake of fire).

I don't know anything about this. Why do you pay taxes to this same entity you speak of? Why does anyone? If true, does that make them any less "lawful?" If so, why are so many people visiting Club Fed? I believe your argument has nothing to do with my question, respectfully.

I have committed no such offense. Likewise, I will NOT countenance such an offense to be committed. He made a heinous misjudgment entering into a partnership with me if his affairs were not in proper accordance. In fact, his business is law, in a sense. So is mine, in a sense. Not lawyers or enforcement but "vendors" to such.

I understand, but there is no law stating one must pay federal income tax. A corporation does, but there are loopholes to this, such as the dutch or dutch irish sandwhich. (those are legal tax schemes, no, i am not trolling you.)

Also, I believe your question IS the answer: why would one pay taxes to an illegitimate entity?

Lets ask the IRS Commissioner Sheldon Cohen:

Shocking isn't it??

One more thing, and I don't mean this tongue in cheek: This man Aaron Russo was killed for bringing this information forward.
