"The only religion that God the Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being ensnared by the world." --James 1:27 -- “Read everything, listen to everybody, don’t trust anything unless you can prove it with your own research” --William Cooper --- He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To seek justice, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. --Michah 6:8 |

Quoting: *Evan* Please share what scares you. If it's a picture that can be found on the internet, feel free to post. If you have a story please share. I am a big time Horror fan and am curious as to what scares people. Lets discuss.. The Walking Dead. You know why. ;-) because that nice guy with the white beard died way too early. Partly. Tell me what this tastes like... |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 801546 12/04/2012 11:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Evidently roaches - not the tiny ones from New England and the Northern states - but the big mofos down in the Southern states. Quoting: Turtles Voice They are called Palmetto bugs and they fly to add insult to the whole thing. As a child they made me cry, but I moved back south as a fully grown adult and they still freak me out, especially when I open the shed door and hear them scuttling about in the walls. I killed one recently - stomped the shit out of it and felt like I was killing a turtle - they do move like a water turtle on the ground - of course, only Gameron flies!! [link to ultra.wikia.com] Dreamed of them again last night - arrgghhh!! The stupid chihuahua is a great bug killer - the damned cat gets on the couch and watches. [link to blog.ecosmart.com] Really? Those are called American Cockroaches. I live in Georgia, USA, and we have them literally crawling ALL over my deck during the warm days. They never bothered me, at all. They are HUGE, black cock roaches, that people down here call Palmettos, yea. What bothers me as far as roaches go, are the little bastards that infect hotels, restaurants, and spread like wildfire. THOSE present problems. Palmettos dont. |

Thing is I had a strange feeling that day but he thought the attempt would happen at night time on way home from work. We were prepared - we thought. We knew it would be attempted but didn't know when. I should have listened to that gut feeling that day but I always relied on him to know what was best. He had urged me to leave early that day to do the errand instead of riding with him. I wish I had refused. Life goes on for people but just hard to shake off all the baggage. |

The unexplained disappearances in national parks. Quoting: Smashy76 Here's the second video/radio interview. I normally don't fall into this stuff, but since I fact checked and found out it's actually fairly legit, I'm a little less interested in my solo hiking and camping trips.... I never thought I'd be afraid of the "Boogey man" at 37 years old...... <param name="movie" value=" [link to www.youtube.com] name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" [link to www.youtube.com] type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"> I found the video and listened to part of it so far, really interesting and freaky. Will definitely finish it tomorrow, to late right now. Thanks! |
