Stealth Bomber in Mid-Missouri circling all day

Hi Neighbor, they have a base for the stealths down there somewhere, we've seen them several times when we were camping.

Just seen one over Cleveland, well about 7:30 est...Thought it was strange!

Are you near the Missouri River? They fly out of Whiteman AFB and for whatever reason fly along the Missouri River to the Mississippi River Probably good nav points. sometimes land at Scott AFB in IL. Circling is something I have never personally seen so I don't know. I am right near the confluence of the MO and MISS river and I see them from time to time. They are damned cool.

No, not near there, south of Rolla near Ft. Leonard Wood. So strange, it was just circling over and over in about a 6 mile radius for about 5 hours. Just got a new camera today, wish I would have taken a picture of it, and I will if I see it tomorrow. It was flying very low.

well yeah. it's Ft. Leonard Wood.... engineering.
I know the Russians said something about doing a surveillance fly-over. could be that.
or it could just be because it IS ft. Leonard wood. I've been there before, it's beautiful.

I did basic training there, NOT beautiful.

Sometimes they do fly those planes around the base where they are parked

thing is big as a football field. dont even need radar to spot one! you can see it coming

Because it continually circled every 30 minutes, same trajectory for 5 hours. No tail numbers though. I'll take a pic today if it shows back up.

Saw 2 bombers ( looked like B52s)fly high over Central OK west to east about 4pm yesterday. I noticed that they were flying in tandem side x side rather than lead/trail position. The CONTRAIL disappated like a normal one these were heavies not Chemtrail tankers. I grew up on Navy and Air Force bases so I know how to identify military aircraft.

They were at about 41k and held a close formation. I have not seen that type of traffic in a long time. We are used to seeing KC-10 tankers, KC-135 tankers, and AWACS of both current types. This was not traffic going into Tinker.
