Actually this is typical of blacks. I am not sure if it is genetics or if they just pay it forward. If that girl had to put up with too much more of that I would bet that she would start taking her frustration out on someone else.

This video honestly feels like a fake to me. In some scenes he genuinely looks to be playing with the kid.

It was "CAM6" I think...apparently not being monitored until after hours.

Maybe he saw someone walk by when he was "playing" with the kid or was trying to get the baby to warm up to him before hurting her so she wouldnt cry out while someone was walking by or something. Though not the daycare workers even cared, Im sure they had to have noticed something was going on.

It's not normal behavior for any 9 year old. My thought is he is learning to act like that from somewhere, probably at home.

The video is not fake. You can even see the boy planning his attack. He looks around to see if anyone catches him doing his crime. He knows its wrong. What I meant is, someone was recording this at the time it happened and did nothing to stop it. There is slight movement of the camera. Also why is the second camera on the wall recording the laptop screen? Which doesn't make sense. Why view this recorded video from the laptop screen recording when you have the first recording from the camera mounted on the wall where the child is in.

So, this video exposes two crimes. The recordee, and the recorder.

Evil prevails when good men do nothing. Hopefully whoever recorded this, did so, so that the necessary measures can be taken. I think, he wanted to makes sure enough evidence was gathered before he acted.

If someone was watching this happen and did nothing just to get evidence, they should be locked away. That little girl was only 11 months old and that boy could of seriously injured her. At one point he was shaking her. Argh I can't believe this type of thing happens.

Exactly my point. If someone is watching this, in one of his kicks and punches, that toddler could have even had broken bones. I'm just thinking what was going inside the persons head who was recording this. That's the only explanation I came up with. Evidence. Either that, or he too was a complete jerk.

This is the problem with the USA and the whole world. Too many people watching idly by when people do evil.

I have yet to see a police officer intervene into police brutality that their colleagues are inflicting. All I see is more police officers joining forces to hurt and kill the little guy.
