MHz User ID: 25505891 Canada 12/04/2012 10:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | See if you can find one that states that for about 3 1/2 minutes as we pass through the very center 'of the disk' we will be getting the combined light from billions of stars that will cause a light so bright our sun will appear as a black dot in the sky (if you could see it). Even in the basement with it as dark as you could make it the light's intensity will still cause blindness. Plants and such will repopulate but things with eyes will all die as you cannot survive in a whole society that is blind. Something light a giant searchlight where you cab see the light but at one point it 'flashes' and the dark dust we see is because the area behind that is part of the 'very bright' part. The few times we have caught it in the far reaches of space we call it a supernova or a gamma burst or both. Carry on, nothing to see here. lol Youtube has 100's of such vids, but not that one. Last Edited by MHz on 12/04/2012 10:58 PM |

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened. |

Redstorm2000 User ID: 27710555 United States 12/04/2012 11:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm going to be watching Apocalyptic-themed movies during the week of the 21st. Some are available on demand, some are available on NetFlix or Amazon.com, here's what I have on my list so far: Quoting: firm1324 1) 2012 2) Deep Impact 3) Knowing 4) Armageddon 5) End of Days >> Any other recommendations? 10.5 Earthquake in New York Category 6 Category 7 Yellowstone Super Volcano Dante's Peak Volcano Agree with Yellowstone Super Volcano. Awesome movie. Dante's Peak and Volcano both wasted great potential. I love that at the end of Volcano there's an active volcano in the middle of LA but life goes on as if that's nothing unusual. Typical southern California attitude. LOL |

Carshy McCarsh User ID: 1531528 12/04/2012 11:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | that movie was a trip. I forced myself through 3/4 of it, then i just couldnt take it anymore. I should have known at the way it began..... What do you mean? did it suck? was it too intense? too realistic? too depressing? Meloncholia is the worst movie I've ever seen. You want to watch the entire useful footage? Get on YouTube and watch the last 2 minutes. That move was SUCKTASTIC. Tell me what this tastes like... |
